About- the woman behind the movement

Neha Mehta specializes in strategic partnerships, innovative digital financial services, financial inclusion, and financial regulation and payment systems. She has 14+ years of experience in the venture capital, hedge fund, and FinTech space. Neha is also the FinTech Team Lead for the ASEAN Economic Reform Programme, SEA, FCDO. The fund is administered by the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) of the UK government. She has worked with financial regulators across key Asian markets and has contributed to developing effective policies to support diversity and inclusion. She is a Chevening Fellow and has a double Degree in Commerce and Law. She is featured in the inaugural Singapore 100 Women in Tech and FinTech50 2019 & 2020, UK Impact in Singapore Award 2020, Asia’s 50 Most Influential Women in Renewable Energy and many more. She wrote her first book ONE STOP: The Untold Story of Super Apps in 2023.

Ms. Neha Mehta was a fellow of the Chevening Standard Chartered Financial Services Fellowship Programme. The fellowship, which is open to mid-career Indian professionals with a background in finance, seeks to builds expertise in areas such as risk management, actuarial sciences, investment management, and financial regulation. In doing so, it aims to promote cross-border cooperation between India and the UK by sharing best practices and developing a mutual appreciation of regulatory systems.
